You top up your account using Paypal or a credit card and when you buy a film, the cost is deducted from your account in credits. If you do not have enough credits to buy the film you want we will direct you to top up your account with more credits. We can accept most currencies worldwide using Paypal, so no matter where you are, you can buy a zzizzl film. You can also buy films separately without purchasing credits but the cost of a film will be considerably higher.

You can purchase zzizzl credits by clicking on the buy button on the preview pages or clicking on the buy button in my cart on the top right hand side of each page. Select the amount of the credits you wish to purchase (50 or 100) this will then take you to Paypal secure site to either purchase credit using a credit card or Paypal account. Your account will be debited by this amount and you can then download content from the zzizzl site and buy. zzizzl credit is not refundable or transferable. If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can use your credit card through Paypal or register for Paypal free. Please visit the Paypal website for more information.

No, deleting is permanent. If you would like to be a part of the community again, you'll need to rejoin.

When you join zzizzl, your username is automatically associated with your email address. For security reasons, it is not possible to modify either without cancelling your account.

To play previews on zzizzl, the macromedia flash plugin must be installed on your computer. This usually comes pre-installed on your computer. If you have visited other sites that play video before, there is nothing to install. We believe you don't need to be told what you can and can't use to watch a film that you have already bought. We hope you appreciate the unique nature of independent films and would like to directly support the energy, passion and effort of filmmakers who bring them to life. The creators receive 50% of the profit on each film bought on zzizzl.

Go to your “my zzizzl – my films” tab, where you will find your new film as well as all the films you have previously purchased. Choose a format to download the film and press the download button. Depending on the length and file size, you will be able to download a film or video you have purchased up 2-3 times (depending on length) without being charged extra. Once you have passed your download limit, you will be charged 5 credits for each additional download.

You can submit films or videos by going to our submit pages, filling out our submission form and either uploading your video or film (coming soon) or sending it in the post. A film has to be selected by our submission team before it is made available for sale on zzizzl. Absolutely! You must own or have formal permission to use on a for-profit basis any copyrighted material in your film. Please refer to our content submission terms and conditions policy.
